General Questions

First, make sure that your device is in a room that fits with our size specifications. We suggest you not to place the device in a corner, as two sides of the device will blocked by walls. Instead, try to find a place where it isn’t in your way but also has easy access to as much air as possible without any blockages.

Devices will always be delivered with the correct voltage in your region. If you move, please refer to the sticker on the machine to make sure which input voltage the device requires.

In addition to manually adjusting the fan speed, the Aeris device is equipped with a sleep and auto mode. A child lock mode secures it from any unwanted use.

First, check your power supply/outlet. If you don’t see any problems, please contact us.

Turn off your machine and unplug your power. Wait 30 seconds to connect the device to power again, then turn it back on.

For the aair and aair one: Press and hold the touchpad minimum air volume button for 5 seconds to start the child lock/unlock. For the aair lite: Press and hold the touchpad anywhere for 10 seconds, then press the lock icon.

If your touchpad is out of order or stuck, unplug your device and plug it in again. If the problem persists, contact us.

For the aair: Press and hold the “+” air volume button and wait for the filter life to be displayed. Then reset the filter with the “-” air volume button. For the aair lite: Press and hold the touch bar for 10 seconds until the action bar pops up. Press P for pre-filter reset until the main display blinks, or press H for HEPA filter reset until the main display blinks. Any device: Use your aeris app, press the settings icon in the upper right corner of your control page. Reset the filter by pressing “Reset”.

Repeated installation does not affect Aeris’ sensor.

For the aair and aair one: use the four buttons on the touchpad. For the aair lite: touch the slide to operate.

It won’t create any problems, but we don’t suggest placing it in a corner.

As long as you keep them away from where the air enters, you’ll be fine.

No, this will damage them, and is why they must be replaced regularly.

If you notice a problem with performance your filter may need to be replaced.

Check the device’s filter life on the device’s display or on your aeris app. If the filter life is very low, you are advised to replace it. You can also view your remaining filter life with the aeris app.

Check filter usage by pressing and holding the touchpad maximum volume button. If you see a low filter life indictor, you will still need to replace your filter to maintain performance.

No, our filters are custom designed for our products with care, so they can only work together.

The app

For aair lite: Hold the “o” button for 30 seconds until the aair lite shows two bouncing crosses on its display. Go into the Aeris app and click the “+” sign on the main screen after having logged into your account. For aair: Hold the “a” button for 30 seconds until the aair resets and indicates “I’m listening” on its display. Go into the Aeris app and click the “+” sign on the main screen after having logged into your account.

If you’re in setup mode, please wait for 20 to 30 seconds to see if the screen switches into “Connected” mode. If the machine still does not respond, you can unplug the power cord and plug it in again to restart the setup process.

The aair lite

We suggest washing them on cold and air drying.

Shut off power and dry your aair lite before further use. If you any damage occurs, please contact us.

We recommend that the filter cartridge be used for 6 months at most. Filter life is viewable on the device on its touch screen and the aeris app.

We update our app and software regularly and automatically so that you’re always having an updated and improved experience.

Disclaimer: aair lite comes delivered with Wi-Fi turned off and will only switch on, if triggered so by the user. It can be turned on by pressing and holding the circle on the touch UI.  If the user wants to switch off the WiFi on the aair lite, they can press and hold the circle area on the touch interface until two squares start bouncing on the LED matrix and the WiFi LED turns on. Now touch the WiFi symbol and the squares will separate and stop moving: the Wifi is now turned off.

For aair, there is no way to shut off the Wifi. We can offer an antenna removal service for $59 (customer covers shipping to and from aeris). This service only reduces the signal strength and does not completely shut off the WiFi.

How Tax is calculated

The amount of tax charged on your order depends on many factors including the following:


  • The identity of the seller
  • The type of item or service purchased
  • The time and location of fulfillment


The shipment or delivery address of your order
These factors can change between the time you place an order and when your shipment is complete. As a result, the tax calculated on your order may change. We display an “Estimated Tax” to be collected at Check Out when confirming an order. The amounts displayed as estimated tax may then be updated later when your order is finalized and completed.


The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state. Moreover, the tax rates applied to your order may also be different for a variety of reasons, such as a shipment to a residential home versus a business address. Also, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges, item level discounts, and gift wrapping charges. If applied at an order level, these charges, may be allocated to the individual items in an order.


If you are ordering from aeris and shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged the applicable country tax rate.
